Minnie and Moskowitz

(1971)Directed by John Cassavetes115 minRomance, Drama, Comedy
“John Cassavetes, who gave you 'husbands', 'faces', 'shadows', now adds to his list of intriguing characters...”

Minnie Moore (Gena Rowlands) has just been left by her married boyfriend, and she can't see who would want her next. Then a shaggy parking lot attendant, Seymour Moskowitz (Seymour Cassel), steps in when a rebuffed blind date turns on her, and he decides on the spot that he loves her. John Cassavetes follows the two of them through the odd, awkward business of whether anyone can be taken as they are.
