Miss You Already

“When life falls apart, friends keep it together.”

Jess (Drew Barrymore) has been trying for a baby, and she wants Milly (Toni Collette), her best friend since childhood, beside her through it. Then Milly falls ill, and the two women find the friendship tested from both ends at once. Catherine Hardwicke, working from Morwenna Banks's script, keeps the comedy and the hospital rooms in the same frame.
