Mister Lonely

“You are whoever you want to be.”

A young American in Paris earns his living as a Michael Jackson lookalike (Diego Luna), and what he wants most is to be somebody other than himself. Then he meets Marilyn Monroe (Samantha Morton), who invites him to her commune in Scotland, where Charlie Chaplin (Denis Lavant) lives. Harmony Korine gathers a houseful of impersonators who are building a stage to draw an audience, and the people they've chosen to be need that crowd to arrive.
