Modigliani
“His passion was life. His obsession was art.”
Paris in 1919 is crowded with painters, and Amedeo Modigliani (Andy Garcia) is one of the poorest and most stubborn of them. He is in love with Jeanne Hébuterne (Elsa Zylberstein), a young Catholic woman whose parents want her away from him, and he is sharpening a rivalry with Pablo Picasso (Omid Djalili). Mick Davis keeps Modigliani among the cafés and studios, where he and Jeanne have a baby the family will not accept.
