Money for Nothing

“What would you do if you found a million bucks?”

An armored car drops $1.2 million, and Joey Coyle (John Cusack), an unemployed dockworker, takes it home, figuring finders keepers. Ramón Menéndez follows him as he asks advice from the mob while Detective Laurenzi (Michael Madsen) works the trail behind him. The person Joey keeps going back to is his ex-girlfriend Monica Russo (Debi Mazar), who works in an investment firm and knows what the money is worth.
