“Survival is a cruel game.”

High on a bare mountaintop, eight teenagers with rifles guard an American prisoner called Doctora (Julianne Nicholson) and a conscripted milk cow. Alejandro Landes Echavarría keeps the group in the open, among sun-bleached ridges and a dread that grows out of boredom. Patagrande (Moisés Arias) commands the others, and Doctora is the one person they all have to deal with.
