“Be yourself. Be unique. Be a monster.”

At Monster High, the students grow up hearing that Halloween is the one night to stay indoors and avoid any trouble. Frankie Stein (Kate Higgins) and her friends turn up proof that ghouls and Normies once spent the holiday together, and Mike Fetterly and Steve Sacks, the directors, follow them as they try to bring that night back. Frankie, the newest of them, decides the whole school should celebrate being exactly what each of them is.
