Monsters, Inc.

“It's nothing personal. It's just their job.”

Sulley (John Goodman) wants to stay the top scarer at Monsters, Inc., the factory in Monstropolis that turns children's screams into power. He works the floor with his one-eyed partner Mike (Billy Crystal), until a little girl called Boo (Mary Gibbs) wanders in from the human world and the two of them have to hide her. Pete Docter builds the story on a plain idea, that the things we're afraid of can be frightened right back.
