Monte Carlo

“She's having the time of someone else's life.”

Grace (Selena Gomez) is a Texas high school graduate who has saved for years to see Paris with her best friend Emma (Katie Cassidy) and her stepsister Meg (Leighton Meester). The trip is a disappointment until Grace is mistaken for a wealthy British heiress named Cordelia Winthrop Scott, and the three of them are swept off to Monte Carlo. Thomas Bezucha keeps the camera moving through the borrowed luxury with the same wide-eyed pleasure the girls have.
