Moonfleet

“Wild and wonderful as the thrill-packed novel that inspired it !”

John Mohune (Jon Whiteley), a young orphan, is sent to the Dorset village of Moonfleet to stay with Jeremy Fox (Stewart Granger), an old friend of his mother's. Fox is an elegant gentleman who keeps company with smugglers and pirates. Fritz Lang sets the story in the eighteenth century, and a boy who needs a guardian has landed with a man who answers to no law.
