Mortadelo (Karra Elejalde) and Filemón (Janfri Topera) just want to be taken seriously as secret agents, though their bosses keep handing them the jobs nobody else will touch. This time a criminal has set loose a laughter nobody can stop, and the two are sent to find him. Javier Fesser, adapting the Spanish comic strip, turns them into animated figures who get flattened, stretched and flung around, and Filemón keeps picking himself up and trying again.
