Motel Destino is a sex hotel in Fortaleza, in the north of Brazil, run by the hot-headed Elias (Fábio Assunção) and his restless wife Dayana (Nataly Rocha). Heraldo (Iago Xavier), a young gang member on the run, takes a room and Dayana can't stop watching him. Karim Aïnouz lets the two circle each other, each testing how much the other will give.
