“First love deserves a second chance.”

Emma (Miranda Cosgrove) comes home from abroad with news for her mother, Lana (Brooke Shields): she is getting married, in Thailand, in a month. Then Lana finds out the groom, RJ (Sean Teale), is the son of Will (Benjamin Bratt), the man who broke her heart years ago. Mark Waters sends Lana and Emma off on the trip, and Lana still has to keep her face straight about it.
