Mother's Day

“If you go down to the woods today.”

Three friends, Abbey (Nancy Hendrickson), Jackie (Deborah Luce) and Trina (Tiana Pierce), head into the backwoods for a camping trip. Their trip puts them in the path of Addley (Michael McCleery) and his brother, who live to please their Mother (Beatrice Pons) and have learned what pleases her most. Charles Kaufman plays it as a family comedy gone wrong, a household where devotion to a parent is the only reason anyone does anything.
