“Buckle your seat belts for the most adrenaline pumping chase scenes you'll experience!”

Hong Kong's roads are the working world of two police pursuit drivers, Lo (Anthony Wong Chau-sang), a veteran close to retirement, and Cheung (Yue Man-lok), a rookie too hot-tempered to wait his turn. Soi Cheang follows them as they come up against an escape driver who knows the same streets, and who is tied to Lo's past. Between the older man and the younger one sits a partnership of patience on one side and impatience on the other.
