Blair (Natasha Tosini) is deep in addiction when a grotesque thing appears: a mouse-human hybrid that only she can see, crawling through her life. People around her start dying, and she cannot tell if the creature is real or a hallucination born from her own body breaking down. What Blair discovers about herself and Sarah (Shayli Reagan), the one person still close to her, becomes the only thing left to hold onto.
