Mrs. Doubtfire

(1993)Directed by Chris Columbus125 min · PG-13Comedy, Drama, Family
“She makes dinner. She does windows. She reads bedtime stories. She's a blessing... in disguise.”

A new British nanny arrives at the Hillard house in San Francisco, and no one in the family knows she is their father in a wig, a dress and a latex mask. Daniel Hillard (Robin Williams), a voice actor, lost most of his time with his kids in the divorce, so he takes the housekeeper job his ex-wife Miranda (Sally Field) has posted. Chris Columbus builds the comedy around Daniel and his three children, who have only ever had him on weekends.
