Mrs. Santa Claus

“Mrs. Santa Claus is doing it for herself!”

Mrs. Claus (Angela Lansbury) has spent the weeks before Christmas watching her husband work and barely notice her. One evening she takes the sleigh and the reindeer for a drive of her own, and ends up stranded on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Terry Hughes directs, with songs by Jerry Herman, and the film ends on Lansbury, a woman in a long coat and a long way from the North Pole, standing beside her stalled sleigh.
