“A celluloid atrocity!”

In 1970 Baltimore, the Cavalcade of Perversion sets up as a traveling freak show, with John Waters running the tent. Lady Divine (Divine) uses it as a front to rob the patrons who pay to see it, and she is angry after discovering that her lover Mr. David (David Lochary) has been unfaithful. Divine plays her as a woman who grows more dangerous with every betrayal she finds.
