Multiplicity

“Sometimes to get more out of life, you have to make more of yourself.”

Doug Kinney (Michael Keaton) is a construction worker with a job that eats his days and a family, including his wife Laura (Andie MacDowell), that eats whatever hours are left. When the geneticist Dr. Owen Leeds (Harris Yulin) offers him a way out through cloning, Doug says yes. Harold Ramis lets the copies crowd one household, and the film keeps asking how many of one person a family can take.
