“The deadline”

C.K. Raghavan (Mammootty) walks out of jail a quiet, lonely man and soon meets Anjali (Aparna Gopinath), a journalist who needs a story to prove herself. She comes to him with an offer that draws him into the telling of his own life. Venu keeps the camera close and the pace slow, so the film plays as a thriller about a man being studied.
