Murder by Contract

“Double rates for women... because a woman is always double-trouble!”

Claude (Vince Edwards) is a contract killer who treats murder as a trade, taking each job and finishing it with no fuss. His next assignment, from Mr. Moon (Michael Granger), is a woman named Billie Williams (Caprice Toriel), and she is the hardest target he has been handed. Irving Lerner builds the film from plain routine, and what it finds in a man who works so calmly is how little he thinks a life weighs.
