Murder She Said

(1961)Directed by George Pollock87 minComedy, Crime, Drama, Mystery
“See the strange case of the strangler-killer on the night express!”

Miss Jane Marple (Margaret Rutherford) wants someone to believe her. From a passing train she saw a man strangle a woman in another carriage, but the police find no body and no evidence, so she sets out to look for herself. George Pollock directs this adaptation of Agatha Christie's *4:50 from Paddington* at an easy, genial pace, with Rutherford at the center of nearly every scene.
