“A souffle of a movie!”

Laurent Chevalier (Benoît Ferreux), fifteen, in Dijon in the 1950s, wants to be taken for a man by his older brothers, Marc (Marc Winocourt) and Thomas (Fabien Ferreux), who tease him and drag him into their schemes. After scarlet fever leaves him with a heart murmur, he is sent to a sanatorium with his mother Clara (Lea Massari), who is warm and over-attentive.
