“The serial killer is laughing in the rain”

The bodies turn up in Tokyo only on rainy days, each one left in a way the police can barely describe. Detective Hisashi Sawamura (Shun Oguri) leads the case until the evidence begins to point at his own family. Keishi Otomo follows him through the investigation as the rain keeps coming, and Sawamura stands over each scene with water running off his coat.
