“Welcome to the 23rd century. The new dark ages.”

It is 2707, and the corporations are still fighting over the last of Earth's spent resources when one battle breaks a seal and wakes an ancient machine. Brother Samuel (Ron Perlman) belongs to the order that waited for its return, and he sends Maj. 'Mitch' Hunter (Thomas Jane) and a small squad of soldiers to destroy it. Simon Hunter shoots the war in grimy steampunk trenches and keeps the squad moving at a run.
