Cyborgs built for hazardous work are killing people in near-future New York, and nobody can say why they changed. Z, chairman of the Inteltrax Corporation, has reprogrammed them to enjoy it, while their inventor, Dr. Paul Haynes, sits in captivity. Tim Kincaid pairs Darla Haynes (Mary Fahey), desperate to free her brother, with Matt Riker (Rick Gianasi), the high-tech weapons expert she hires, and the two have to trust each other fast.
