Mutiny on the Bounty

“Clark Gable as the daring mutineer in the screen's most exciting adventure story!”

The HMS Bounty sails out under Captain Bligh (Charles Laughton), a commander who answers every small failing with the lash and the withheld ration. Lieutenant Fletcher Christian (Clark Gable) serves under him, with Roger Byam (Franchot Tone) among the young men watching how far the captain will go. Christian has to decide how much of that cruelty he can stand to command.
