“Vengeance is off the leash.”
In Los Angeles, LAPD K-9 officer Jake Rosser (Aaron Eckhart) watches a mysterious gunman kill his partner, the dog who worked every shift beside him. John Stalberg Jr. follows Jake as he starts looking for the shooter and finds a conspiracy that has the city and the department in its grip.
