My Best Friend Anne Frank

In Nazi-occupied Amsterdam, Hannah Goslar (Josephine Arendsen) and Anne Frank (Aiko Beemsterboer) are schoolgirls who share everything, until Anne's family vanishes and Hannah is left with the questions. Ben Sombogaart tells it from Hannah's side, following the two girls from the Amsterdam streets to a reunion in a concentration camp. It is a story about what a friendship holds when everything around it is taken away.
