My Big Fat Greek Wedding

“Love is here to stay... so is her family.”

Toula Portokalos (Nia Vardalos) is a Greek-American woman who has spent her whole life inside her family's expectations. Everyone around her assumes she will marry a Greek man and have Greek children, and then she falls for Ian Miller (John Corbett), who is neither. Joel Zwick gives us the two of them, Ian a long way from home among the Portokalos relatives, and the question of whether his place at that table can be earned.
