My Favourite Cake

Mahin (Lily Farhadpour) is a retired woman in Tehran, alone in her house since her husband died and her daughter left for Europe. After an afternoon of tea with her friends, she decides to stop waiting and goes looking for company, and for love. Maryam Moghaddam and Behtash Sanaeeha set her desire inside a country where a woman's freedoms are tightly restricted, so every step she takes carries a risk.
