My Name Ain't Johnny

“He had everything but limits”

João Guilherme Estrella (Selton Mello), a middle-class young man in Rio de Janeiro in the early 1990s, starts selling cocaine to friends at the parties he already goes to every night. Mauro Lima, working from Guilherme Fiuza's book about a real dealer, follows João as the friends become customers and the customers become a business. With Sofia (Cleo) beside him and his mother (Júlia Lemmertz) watching, he is already deep in a trade that can cost him his freedom.
