Colombia, 1960. Marek Polsky (David Hayman), a lonely and grumpy Holocaust survivor, watches a new German neighbor, Herman Herzog (Udo Kier), move in next door and becomes convinced the man is Adolf Hitler. Nobody takes him seriously, so Leon Prudovsky has him start his own investigation. If he is wrong, he has made peace with a stranger for nothing, and if he is right, he is sharing a table with the enemy.
