My Sole Desire

“Never been to a strip club before?”

Aurore (Louise Chevillotte), who goes by Manon, has no plan for her life when she takes a job at À mon seul désir, a strip club that stages its shows as high-concept performances. She quickly falls in with the other dancers, most of all Mia (Zita Hanrot), an aspiring actress with a boyfriend and a child at home. Lucie Borleteau follows Manon as she learns this is fast money rather than easy money, and as her feelings for Mia force her to decide what she wants.
