My Way

In Egypt, in the years after the war, the young Claude François grows up near the Suez Canal, where his father works and his mother Chouffa (Monica Scattini) holds the family together. Florent-Emilio Siri follows him from there to France and onto the stage, with Jérémie Renier as the singer and Benoît Magimel as his manager Paul Lederman. It is a story about how far a man will push himself for an audience's love.
