“Some roads lead to murder”

A teenage girl is found dead under a bridge on a remote road, and the case lands on Det. Jay Swan (Aaron Pedersen), an indigenous detective. Ivan Sen sends him out across the outback with Johnno (Hugo Weaving) and Sarge (Tony Barry) nearby, though nobody around him seems to care who killed her. Jay works alone, and each question he asks costs him a little more of the trust he has left.
