“Hitler's First Defeat”

Ingrid Tofte (Kristine Cornelie M. Hartgen) wants to keep her family safe in Narvik, the small northern Norwegian town that sits on the iron ore Hitler's war machine needs. Erik Skjoldbjærg follows the two months of winter fighting from 9 April 1940, as the invasion reaches her streets and the town becomes a battlefield. Ingrid is caught between her husband Gunnar (Carl Martin Eggesbø) and a war that keeps pulling them apart.
