National Lampoon's Van Wilder

“Don't graduate. Celebrate.”

Van Wilder (Ryan Reynolds) has been in college for seven years, and he plans to stay. Then his father (Tim Matheson) stops paying the tuition, so Van starts throwing parties to cover it, with his friend Hutch (Teck Holmes) and the eager Taj (Kal Penn) in tow. Walt Becker's film puts Gwen (Tara Reid), a campus reporter writing a story on him, in the middle of it, and if she prints what she finds, the parties and Van's place on campus go with it.
