Britt Henderson (Charlotte Fountain-Jardim) wants to get through a Halloween Eve babysitting job without trouble, watching over Wyatt (Thomas Robie) and the other kids in her care. Instead, the night brings Abner Honeywell (Bill Moseley), a serial killer and the traumatized son of B-movie horror legend Natty Knocks. Dwight H. Little puts the kids and their sitter on the clock until morning, with nothing between them and Abner but a single night.
