“All men are created evil.”

Jack Powell (Lance Henriksen) and Adrian (Eric Roberts) are two men with a deadly secret each, and they are moving through the desert on a killing spree. Sheriff Gordon (Brion James) works the same stretch of road, trying to make sense of what keeps turning up along it. Victor Salva shoots the diners and highway shoulders with a grain that feels pulled from a 1970s paperback.
