'Neath the Arizona Skies

“Hair-trigger Action! Hair-Trigger Action!”

Chris Morrell (John Wayne) is the guardian of Nina (Shirley Jean Rickert), a half-Indian girl whose late mother left her an oil lease worth $50,000. To collect it, she needs her missing white father, and Chris sets out to find him while outlaw Sam Black (Yakima Canutt) hunts the same man. Harry L. Fraser keeps the story moving through fights, borrowed clothes and old friends, and it comes down to a man doing right by a child who has no one else.
