Neighborhood Watch

Simon McNally (Jack Quaid) is certain he saw a woman taken, but the police won't believe a word from a young man with his history. With no one else to ask, he goes next door to Ed Deerman (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), a bitter retired security guard who wants no part of it. Duncan Skiles builds the case from what one frightened person claims to have seen, and the story keeps pressing on how little a witness is worth once nobody trusts him.
