“It's parenthood vs. sisterhood.”

Mac and Kelly Radner (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) have a toddler, a house in escrow, and thirty days to get through before the sale closes. Then a sorority led by Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) moves in next door, and Nicholas Stoller sends the couple back into a war with their old enemy Teddy (Zac Efron) as an ally. Under the party noise is a plain worry: the Radners are scrambling to hold onto a grown-up life while the people next door are only starting theirs.
