“Family vs. Frat”

Mac Radner (Seth Rogen) and his wife Kelly (Rose Byrne) want to prove that a newborn hasn't turned them into the boring adults they swore they'd never become. Then a fraternity led by Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) moves in next door, and Nicholas Stoller sets the two households against each other. Under the noise and the escalating pranks is a plain question of who gets to stay young, and who has to grow up.
