Alex (Olivier Gruner) is the best cop in the LAPD, part man and part machine, until a terrorist calls him a machine and he starts to doubt he's anything else. He quits the force, but one last assignment pulls him back: bring in an old colleague who has stolen data. Albert Pyun fills the future with neon and gunfire, and he keeps Alex moving.
