Neptune Frost

The signal is wrong in the hilltops of Burundi, where escaped coltan miners have built a hacker collective inside an e-waste dump. Matalusa (Bertrand Ninteretse), one of those miners, and Neptune (Cheryl Isheja), an intersex runaway, find each other through cosmic forces, and their connection sets off glitches in the world around them. Saul Williams and Anisia Uzeyman fill the camp with song, as the collective watches the regime that works its people for coltan.
