Lance Stargrove (John Stamos) is a young gymnast whose father, the secret agent Drew Stargrove (George Lazenby), is murdered by Velvet Von Ragnar (Gene Simmons), the gang leader behind the killing. Lance goes after revenge with Danja Deering (Vanity), an agent who partners with him and becomes more than a sidekick.
