New Year's Evil

“Don't Dare Make New Year's Resolutions... Unless You Plan To Live!”

A caller who gives only the name "Evil" rings the live studio of a Los Angeles punk and new wave countdown show. He tells its host, Diane Sullivan (Roz Kelly), that someone will die at midnight in every time zone, one killing as the New Year reaches each. Emmett Alston sets Diane in front of the cameras and the partygoers while Lt. Clayton (Chris Wallace) tries to get ahead of a clock that cannot be stopped.
