Newton

Newton Kumar (Rajkummar Rao) is a government clerk who follows the rulebook to the letter, and he gets sent to a conflict-ridden stretch of jungle in Central India to run an election. The security forces assigned to him, led by Aatma Singh (Pankaj Tripathi), have little interest in the job. Amit Masurkar films the polling day as a run of small, dry procedural details, and he lets the comedy come from how seriously Newton takes each one.
